Production time

Every order is printed to order. Orders typically print and ship within 1–2 business days.

Shipping

Orders ship from the United States with the carrier options and rates shown at checkout. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us through the contact form on our site within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will reprint the affected seals free of charge. Replacement seals receive new serial numbers and the originals are voided in our records.

Address errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a shipment comes back to us because of an address error, we will reship it for the cost of postage.
